    UrbanCare Pharmacy operates from 9am-9pm on weekdays and 9am-8pm (Sat) while we operate from 9am-5pm on Sundays & Public Holidays

Orders & Payments

  1. What payment methods do UrbanCare Pharmacy accept?
    Here are the list of payment methods that are accepted:

  2. How do I change or cancel my order?
    We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the bank transfer or Maybank QRPay has been authorized. If the direct bank transfer or Maybank QRPay has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment. Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of RM2.00 regardless of the time order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.

    Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

  3. Is store credit available for refunds or exchanges?
    No, we do not offer store credit. Refunds and exchanges are subject to our return policy.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. Do you offer delivery services?
    Yes, we provide home delivery services within Malaysia. Same-day delivery is available for customers in Taman Wahyu for orders placed before 8pm.

  2. How long does shipping take?
    Delivery within Malaysia typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on your location. For more details, refer to our Shipping Policy.

  3. What are the delivery charges?
    Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and order weight.
  • Free delivery is available for customers residing in Lakeville, Seri Wahyu, and Taman Wahyu.
  • For customers in Ecosky, Lakecity, JL99 Residences, PPR Wahyu and Kipark, a minimum order value of RM 30 applies for free delivery.
